Links interiors were called upon to construct a new Kitchen, laundry room, office and disabled toilet by converting part of the existing building. The home provides an environment in which to support people with autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities and associated complex needs.

 

The work included the removal of supporting walls, replacement of existing electrics, plumbing, re-flooring and decoration. The Turn key package was completed in 10 days from strip out to handover. All the works were carried out with a flexible and sympathetically approach to create minimal disturbance to the residents.
