Links Secure More Contracts for 2012

Links have started 2012 as they mean to go on and have been awarded several new contracts which will keep them busy throughout the year.

Links have been named as main contractor for a Hotel refurbishment on behalf of the international operator, The Crimson Hotel Group, Links will be manufacturing and installing bespoke furniture for the 40 bedroom scheme in London.

Links are currently working alongside Morgan Sindall on behalf of the University of Reading and will be soon starting on phase 2 of ‘Campus Living Villages’ new build accommodation for Bedfordshire University. Having successfully completed Phase 1 for Kier Marriott Links have been appointed to complete phase 2 of the 850 bedroom project. It would seem 2012 is going to be a busy year for Links.

It is a great achievement for the estimating department who have been working hard to secure the contracts despite the current economic market. Through value engineering, the ability to negotiate with suppliers, streamlining processes and prudent costing, Links have been able to remain extremely competitive while still providing an excellent manufactured product and installation service.
