Having previously worked for the Award winning Kier Marriot on a large student accommodation scheme at Pole Hill in Bedford, Links were appointed to complete the furniture fit-out of 106 en suite bedrooms and 16 large communal kitchens split between two, four storey timber frame buildings.

Prior to commencing works on site, Links worked closely with the appointed architects Stanton Williams in London to achieve a contemporary, neutral look with clean simple lines. Links manufactured the furniture and completed the fit-out in 3 weeks from start to finish and the project was handed over to the client on programme and to budget. Having delivered another successful project, Kier Marriot appointed Links, two months later to complete a similar 250 bedroom refurbishment at Walter Sickert Hall in London.
